The D’Urbervilles

Last night’s show in Kingston was totally great!  Each time we come back to this city the shows keep getting more and more fantastic.  Thanks to all of those who danced and clapped along!  Also thanks to Virginia of Flying V Productions fame and the whole Grad Club staff for being such an accommodating hosts and fantastic folks.  Kinda rhymes, huh?

We were also fortunate enough to perform alongside local heroes and my new favourite band of the now and future now – PS I Love U.  There will be plenty more about them later in the week, but please do your ears a favour and check these dudes out in the meantime.

Once again, I really wish I’d brought a camera to Peterborough last night.  Our number one dude Jonas Bonnetta (aka Evening Hymns) showed up looking extra photogenic with a sweet Montreal Expos windbreaker/wolf sweater combo.  And Katie Stelmanis and band all wore tank tops tucked into their jeans.  Shit.  So while you’re imagining how awesome a night it was, check out the album cover for Big Apple Rappin’, which is a great hip hop comp that we listened to on the way to the show.  Why don’t our band photos ever end up looking like this?

Thanks to all our friends who came out for the Montreal show at Divan Orange! Extra props to Noah Bick and Pop Montreal for putting it all together and keeping it real.  Speaking of real, check this photo of K-Bizzle wearing this tiger suit we found in the band room.  Wild.
